Ava Smith-Thompson is a native of Atlanta, GA. She is a graduate of Florida A&M University Magna Cum Laude with her BS in Journalism, as well as a graduate of Clark Atlanta University Magna Cum Laude with her M.B.A. in Marketing. Ava's career experience in Brand Marketing and Sales expands over 18 years. She has a substantial record of success with several Fortune 500 companies including: Johnson & Johnson, Georgia Pacific, Sara Lee Foods, Newell Rubbermaid, Eli Lilly & Company, as well as with many mid-tier companies such as Luster Products and Sorrento Cheese. Throughout her career, Ava's accomplishments in marketing and sales have been acknowledged by numerous corporate awards, and most recently she was honored with a nomination for 2013 Philanthropist of The Year by Kontrol Magazine for her efforts in mentoring young entrepreneurs. Ava has now transitioned her extensive and successful corporate experience into starting her own marketing services company specializing in servicing corporate brands, entertainment & media, and travel & leisure. Ava's passion is to assist individuals and organizations with branding or rebranding themselves.
